f our huge National Public Lands Day event! Not only will there be hundred
s of fellow volunteers helping to clean up the Spring Mountains\, we’ll
also have lunch\, music\, and celebrate the first year of our much needed
Green the Mountain trash and recycling program.\n\nOver a million visitors
rely on the Spring Mountains to escape the heat and noise of the Las Vega

d recycling receptacles to be purchased and installed\, along with pet was
te stations at our busiest areas.\n\nWe are celebrating our "Green the Mou
ntain" program with a huge National Public Lands Day litter pickup\, plant
  restoration\, bbq\, and concert on Saturday\, September 28\, 2019. Simila
r to our annual Spring Cleaning\, volunteers will be assigned to a locatio
n for a morning of litter collection then treated to lunch and live music.
