It’s that time of year again when the leaves are changing color on Mount Charleston. Did you ever wonder how and why a fall leaf changes color? Why do some leaves turn and others don’t? Where do the yellows and oranges come from? Join an educator at the Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway between 9 am and 4 pm to answer those questions.

4th-grade participants will get a free national parks, lands, and waters pass.
