Fletcher Canyon Trail
About the Event
Join an educator at the Fletcher Canyon trailhead to learn about the 7 Leave No Trace principles and how you can apply them when out recreating in the Spring Mountains.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the program. This will be an easy hike along the Fletcher Canyon trail. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable hiking clothes and close-toed shoes. Temperatures in the Spring Mountains can be 20-30 degrees cooler than in the Las Vegas valley. Please bring 1 liter of water per person.

The Fletcher Canyon trail is located 2 miles west of the Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway. For more information, see our visitor use map.
This program is for visitors of all ages.
Young participants will have a chance to earn their Spring Mountains Junior Ranger badge.
4th-grade participants will get a free Every Kid Outdoors pass which offers access to many of America’s public lands.
