About the Location
The Acastus Trail is located at the Fletcher Canyon Trailhead parking lot next the bathrooms on the southern side of HWY 157 (Kyle Canyon Rd), just after the Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway and The Resort on Mount Charleston. The Acastus trail is a 1.5 mile (3 miles round trip) lightly trafficked out and back trail located in the Kyle Canyon area of the SMNRA. The starting point is paved and offers gentle slopes up and down in elevation, gradually leading onto gravel trails with beautiful views.
