Event Details

We’re celebrating fall in a big way on Sunday, October 30th we will be planting 800 saplings that were leftover from our previous event. Registration is NOT required. We will be sticking around until all trees are planted.

If you have work gloves, your own shovel, and/or a watering can, please bring them; otherwise, we will have equipment for you. Volunteers of all ages are welcome, but keep in mind that this is hard work and we’ll be working in a hilly, unpaved area. Dogs are ok but must be leashed and within close proximity to the owner, and we ask pup parents to consider whether their dog is patient and can behave calmly around crowds and other dogs.

* Please remember to wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, and bring water. Be sure to wear layers as it gets pretty chilly in the morning and in the shade. Feel free to pack a picnic lunch to spend the day in the crisp mountain air.
