Event Details

We’re excited to host this summer’s Sand to Sky series, public programs full of inspiration, insight, and imagination. This evening of bluegrass music by Chris Cerna and Bluegrass Republic will include conversations about the sensitive Spring Mountains’ fire susceptibility and the larger concern of extended fire seasons on our forests. We’ll have food and drinks available for purchase, as well as picnic blankets and stainless pints to bring your support of public lands home!

The Sand to Sky Summer Series, hosted by Southern Nevada Conservancy, is open to the public. Entry is free, and all donations and purchase proceeds directly support our year round Go Mt Charleston Programs in the Spring Mountains. Learn more about how you can support the work we do: Sand to Sky Fundraiser

Southern Nevada Conservancy, a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas, NV, works cooperatively with the US Forest Service, Department of Agriculture through a formal agreement to provide education, informational, and other public services that will add to visitors understanding and enjoyment of the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area. These programs include GO Mt Charleston programs, interpretive programming, volunteer management, retail operations, social media outreach, and this website.
