DESCRIPTION:Sixty-six years ago\, a plane crashed on Mount Charleston and w
 asn't talked about until years later. Today we honor the lives lost in the
  crash on Mount Charleston and the other lives lost during the Cold War. J
 oin an educator with Go Mt Charleston to learn about this historic event.\
 nThis program will start at the visitor center and continue to the Pack Ra
 t trial. The Park Rat trail is a moderate 0.4-mile loop hike. Closed-toed 
 shoes and comfortable hiking clothes are recommended. Participants are enc
 ouraged to bring hiking poles\, a backpack\, 1 liter of water\, snacks\, a
 nd sunscreen.\nPlease arrive at the Spring Mountain Visitor Gateway 10-15 
 minutes before the hike.\nGo Mt. Charleston is looking for volunteering to
