About This Event
Baby, it is cold outside! Why not stop by our education building at the Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway to warm up and learn how snow is formed and why we get so much on the mountains? Participants will craft a unique snowflake of their own to take home.
Enjoy some hot chocolate, tea, and cider, and get cozy next to the fire. A $1 donation is suggested per drink while supplies last. All donation proceeds help fund our educational and volunteer programs!
*4th-grade participants will get a free Every Kid Outdoors pass which offers access to many of America’s public lands.
*Youth participants will get a chance to earn their Junior Snow Ranger patch.
*No registration is required for this program.
