Event Details

Do you enjoy the cold weather, and have frequented Mt. Charleston during the winter season? Snow Hosting is a great chance to get to know your fellow volunteers, visitors, and staff that are participating in the snowy recreation that Mt. Charleston has to offer. We first recommend you attend a Volunteer Orientation before signing up for this training. However, if you’ve already completed an orientation or are already familiar with the volunteer programs of Go Mt. Charleston, please fill out the form below!

Snow Hosting allows volunteers to share environmental education and inform visitors of the Leave No Trace principles and recreating responsibly. Let’s do our best to keep Mt. Charleston clean and welcoming for all the visitors that want to participate in the snowy season. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to meeting you. We are offering this training in-person at 10:30am at the Spring Mountain Visitor Gateway (In Person Training Cancelled) and a virtual training at 3pm on Saturday, March 2nd.
