DESCRIPTION:Searching for tracks and animal scat can be a fun way to discov
 er which animals may be nearby\, even if you are not lucky enough to see t
 hem. Join an educator at the Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway to learn abo
 ut animal signs in the Spring Mountains.\nPlease arrive 10-15 minutes befo
 re the program. This will be an easy hike around the visitor center. Parti
 cipants are encouraged to wear comfortable hiking clothes and close-toed s
 hoes. Temperatures in the Spring Mountains can be 20-30 degrees cooler tha
 n the Las Vegas valley. Please bring 1 liter of water per person.\n\nParti
 cipants will earn their Spring Mountains Junior Ranger badge.\n4th-grade p
 articipants will get a free Every Kid Outdoors pass which offers access to
  many of America's public lands.\n*No registration is required for this pr
 ogram.
