Have you been wanting to get more involved in your public lands? We have a volunteer opportunity available for our Visitor Center. If you’re passionate about local ecology, are friendly and enthusiastic, being a Visitor Center Host is for you! As a Visitor Center Host, you will be able to work alongside Forest Service staff and interact with visitors to answer questions, give directions, and create a welcoming and warm environment during this winter season. This Visitor Center Host Training is being offered virtually at 10am on January 13th or In-Person at 1pm at the Spring Mountain Visitor Gateway.
