What happens to the animals in the Spring Mountains in the winter? Join an educator from 9 am-10:30 am at Lower Lee Meadows to discover the adaptations that help animals survive in the winter month.

Please come prepared with proper outdoor clothing. Temperatures in the Spring Mountains can be 20-30 degrees cooler than the Las Vegas Valley.

This program is for visitors of all ages.
Young participants will have a chance to earn their Spring Mountains Junior Ranger badge.
4th-grade participants will get a free Every Kid Outdoors pass which offers access to many of America’s public lands.
